If we have another guest scheduled to stay within 14 days after your visit, and we feel that we have to cancel their stay because of the smell in the cabin, we will also file a claim for damages for the price of what their stay would have been.

House Rules

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on property. Inside or outside. If you're found to have brought an animal we will charge a $250 cleaning fee and you will be liable for any other damage.
Noise Policy: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Our home is higher on the mountain and sound carries. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Reports from the property management group may lead to a charge for any fees they require us to pay.
Closets: All of our closets are locked. I know, I know, everyone wants to see inside for whatever reason, but I promise it's not that exciting. This place is still our home away from home so we have personal items like clothes, decorations, and memories in them. We do have sensors on each locked closet, so please don't make it weird... 🙃
Parties: Parties are not permitted at the cabin and we have a strict 9 guest max. Parties will lead to the loss of a deposit.
Checkout Procedures: The cabin should be left in a generally clean state. All toys and furniture should be put back in their place. Dishes should be started in the dishwasher before leaving. Both guest passes should be placed back on the hooks by the front door. (The HOA charges $50 to replace a card which will be taken from your deposit if lost.) Towels should be placed in the hamper in the laundry room. Trash should be bagged and placed in the locked trash can outside. If you have too much trash for the can outside, you can leave it bagged and in the laundry room. All items removed from the fridge. If the cabin is not left in a generally clean state, we may use your deposit to cover any additional costs from the cleaner.
To be clear on chargebacks, we're not here to bill you for simple mistakes or small misses. My family has rented AirBnBs for years and have broken a glass, forgot to take out the trash, and forgot to start the dishes at least once. It happens! We simply have to have policies in place to protect us from negligence.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are offered up to 15 days before check-in. Reservations canceled 14 days or less before your check-in date will only provide you with a 50% refund.
